Job Title: Fashion Designer Ethnic Wear Location: Jalan Complex, Howrah, Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time (Factory Outlet) Salary: Up to 25,000/month (based on experience) About Us: We are a growing wholesale company specializing in ethnic wear and are looking for a talented Fashion Designer to join our team at our Factory Outlet in Jalan Complex, Howrah. If you have a passion for traditional fashion and a flair for design, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Design ethnic wear collections (sarees, lehengas, kurtis, etc.) based on market trends and customer preferences Create design sketches, patterns, and oversee sampling Work closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure accurate execution of designs Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and materials Ensure timely delivery of design samples and bulk production Maintain design documentation and mood boards Communicate effectively with the team and vendors Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in ethnic wear Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery, color combinations, and ethnic silhouettes Proficiency in design tools (manual or software-based) Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment A degree/diploma in Fashion Design is preferred Job Highlights: Full-time role based in a factory outlet Competitive salary up to 25,000 per month Opportunity to work with a wholesale brand focused on Indian ethnic wear Career growth potential in the textile and apparel industry Interested Apply now with your resume and portfolio (if available).
