We are looking for a talented and dedicated Fashion Designer Intern to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities: Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and execution of seasonal collections, creating mood boards, sketches, and technical specifications that align with Pink Cactiis aesthetic vision. Fabric Selection & Sourcing: Work closely with fabric suppliers to identify, select, and test materials that reflect the brands ethos of sustainability and craftsmanship. Garment Creation: Collaborate with artisans and the production team to ensure seamless execution of designs, from initial samples to final products, with a focus on detail and quality control. Innovation & Trend Research: Conduct thorough research on global fashion trends, textile innovations, and sustainable practices to influence design development. Sampling & Production Oversight: Oversee the sampling process, providing feedback during fittings and ensuring final production meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and design integrity. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and sales to ensure designs are consistent with the brands image and commercial objectives.
