Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers, offering assistance and personalized fashion advice. Understand customer preferences and body types to recommend suitable styles and outfits. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer interactions and upselling techniques. Assist customers in finding the right sizes, styles, and accessories to complete their looks. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, particularly in western wear, and share this knowledge with customers. Provide detailed information about fabrics, fits, and care instructions for garments. Ensure the stores visual standards are maintained, including arranging and replenishing merchandise displays. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Qualification & Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry with a focus on Western wear for Men. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and visual merchandising skills. Fashion-forward, customer-focused, and results-driven personality.,
