As a Farmer Worker, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of crops on our farm. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for agriculture. Key Responsibilities: Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to farming schedules and procedures. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesting machines, and irrigation systems. Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and signs of stress, and apply appropriate treatments as necessary. Keep accurate records of crop management activities, including planting dates, pesticide applications, and yield. Maintain and repair farm structures, fences, and equipment. Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with chemicals or machinery. Requirements: Requirements: Prior experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred. Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and farming practices. Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions. Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment.
