Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute planting plans, including spacing, variety selection (with business team input) and soil preparation. Supervise planting crew and ensure adherence to best practices, irrigation, fertilization, pest control and harvesting; Manage the scheduling of labor for pruning, watering, and other field tasks; Ensure the orchards crops are healthy and free from disease or pests; Supervise, train, and manage a team of field workers and other staff; Operate and maintain various irrigation systems (e.g., drip, sprinkler). Schedule irrigation based on crop needs and weather conditions. Troubleshoot irrigation system malfunctions ensuring adequate water supply; Analyze soil health by conducting soil testing and analysis. Interpret results and recommend appropriate fertilization and soil amendment programs. Manage soil health to optimize crop production by implementing agronomic solutions where necessary; Maintain accurate records of orchard performance, harvests, and expenditures; Work with the marketing and sales teams to ensure quality produce reaches the market on time; Implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. Promote water conservation. Manage waste disposal responsibly. Explore and implement organic farming practices where feasible;,
