Job Description
Mianzi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Production Supervisor in Satna, Madhya Pradesh to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bamboo product manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: - Production Management: Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output. - Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of artisans, craftsmen and factory workers, ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor smooth availability of inventory levels, stock, raw materials and asset registers. - Quality Control: Conduct daily detailed product quality checks of each product to ensure all products meet the companys high standards. - Order Processing: Ensure timely processing, dispatch and fulfillment of orders. - Communication: Regularly communicate with superiors regarding factory operations, challenges, and progress. Qualifications: - Graduation or equivalent degree. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a factory setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
