JD of Factory Manager / Plant Manager Job Summary: The Factory Manager/Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of our manufacturing facility. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of production supervisors, engineers, and support staff. The Factory Manager/Plant Manager ensures that production processes deliver products of the highest quality in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position also involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Oversight: a- Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant. b- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency. c-Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements as needed. 2. Team Leadership: a- Lead and motivate a diverse team of production supervisors, engineers, and support staff. b- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure team members reach their full potential. c- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. 3. Quality and Safety Compliance: o Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. a- Implement and maintain safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees. 4. Strategic Planning: a- Develop and execute strategic plans to support business growth objectives. b- Collaborate with senior management to align manufacturing strategies with overall company goals. 5. Resource Management: a- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation within the manufacturing plant. b- Optimize inventory levels and logistics to minimize costs while maintaining adequate supply levels. 6. Relationship Management: a- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies. b- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Diploma/ BE/ ME- Production 1 Proven five years of experience as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or similar role in a manufacturing environment. 2 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. 3 Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. 4 Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities. 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
