Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Aluminium & UPVC Doors and Windows manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment efficiency, and leading a skilled workforce to meet production targets on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in aluminium or UPVC door & window manufacturing Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production planning tools.,
