Job Description

Hiring for Factory HR for Manufacturing Company 

Exp- 8 Plus Years 

Location- Mysuru 

We are looking for a Factory HR professional to oversee all HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting a healthy and productive workforce in alignment with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory roles (workers, operators, supervisors, etc.)
  • Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new joiners
  • Coordinate with contract manpower agencies and ensure staffing levels

2. Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, etc.)
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and statutory registers
  • Handle government inspections and audits

3. Time Office & Payroll:

  • Oversee attendance, leave, shift scheduling, and overtime management
  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing
  • Maintain biometric and other timekeeping systems

4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

  • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and disputes
  • Foster positive relations between management and workers
  • Handle disciplinary actions in coordination with legal/HR policies

5. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize skill development programs
  • Promote safety training and awareness
  • Coordinate with functional heads for performance improvement training

6. Health, Safety & Welfare:

  • Ensure implementation of health and safety policies
  • Oversee factory canteen, transport, and other welfare facilities
  • Manage employee engagement and CSR initiatives

7. HR MIS & Reporting:

  • Prepare HR reports for management review (headcount, attrition, compliance, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support audits


Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR), or related field
Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory-related regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
