Job Description

Responsibilities Review accounting records to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to Standards, Chart of Accounts and Company policy Provide active support, insight and direction to Operational Management in relation to financial matters including accounting positions and company guideline Experience in preparing MIS reports, involved in Bottom-up Business planning/Budgeting, Forecasting Experience in Product costing such as calculating Surcharge, Overheads rates Review and analysis of manufacturing costs and related trends Analyse KPIs of the factory and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes Monthly Variance Analysis and reporting actual Vs. plan or forecast numbers to the local management Review and manage overheads of the departments, Track projects investment through WBS Identifying the cost saving ideas and areas of cost effectiveness through productivity improvement Track Product cost, Drive Profitability review of the plant by engaging multiple stakeholders Engagements with stakeholder for non-routine or ad-hoc requirements, business case evaluations and provide insights to business Qualifications Education CA/CWA (Qualified) with 3-5 years of work experience in Factory controlling / plant finance area Required Skills Experience (type) Factory Controlling such as Product costing, Business planning/forecast, Variance Analysis, CAPEX management Preferred Skills Specific knowledge Core Cost Accounting, SAP FICO, MS office.,
