Were Hiring - Assistant Manager - Facility Location: Thane, GB Road Industry: Real Estate / Property Management Experience: 5 to 10 years Qualification: Graduate / Facility Management Key Responsibilities Oversee soft & hard services - security, housekeeping, maintenance, MEP, and landscaping Ensure uninterrupted functioning of building systems (electrical, HVAC, DG, lifts, fire safety, etc.) Vendor management - onboarding, contracts, and service level tracking Manage AMCs, budgets, and procurement of facility services Conduct safety audits, preventive maintenance & ensure statutory compliance Implement SOPs to ensure a professional and well-maintained environment Handle fit-outs, refurbishments, and minor civil work as required Lead on-site staff and ensure timely resolution of complaints What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in facility/property management - real estate, commercial or corporate parks Strong leadership, multitasking, and coordination skills Knowledge of vendor contracts, SLAs, compliance norms & sustainability practices Proficiency in facility management software/tools Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi Skills: facility,property management,preventive maintenance,maintenance,communication,civil work,vendor management,budget management,facility management,communication skills,facility management (fm),leadership,safety audits,
