JOB SCHEDULE

  • Employment type : Full Time Field work. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM & Saturday half day.
  • Work days : 5.5  days with fixed Sunday week off. Work from home is Not available.

The requirement is for our client, who is a modern co-living and rental solutions provider that simplifies long-term housing for young professionals, students, and working individuals. Based in Bangalore, India, KOTS offers fully furnished, ready-to-move-in rental homes with a focus on comfort, community, and convenience.   CRITERIA       Skill 1 - Ability to manage the ground staff like housekeeping, security guard, electricians & plumbers Skill 2 - Ability to handle customer queries like repair and maintenance, Check-IN , Check-OUT etc. Skill 3 - Building maintenance   Age Criteria = 35 years max Gender Criteria = Only Male

We are seeking a Facility Manager with to facilitate the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties by co-ordinating with the ground staff .He will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, safe, and efficient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Accountability :

  •  Ensure property safety, compliance, and upkeep by supervising maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs.
  • Manage on-site staff and address tenant concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, visitors, staff, and incidents.
  • Safeguard company assets and report any misuse, financial irregularities, or compliance issues to Kots management.

Property Maintenance :

  • Flat Readiness: Oversee post-checkout tasks like cleaning, painting, and repairs. Document with photos/videos.
  • Preventive/Reactive Maintenance: Execute scheduled activities (e.g. water tank cleaning, plant care, DG/GYM/LIFT AMC servicing). Resolve tenant and staff complaints related to common areas and building issues.
  • Inventory & Registries: Maintain accurate stock and logs for attendance, visitors, deliveries, and utilities.

Tenant Relations : Check-IN/OUT: Handle flat handovers, inspections, and formalities. Address tenant service requests and build strong tenant relations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  •  5 to 7 years in facilities/property management, preferably residential.
  • Must independently manage ground staff and handle tenant queries independently.
  • Should be able to travel across assigned properties.
