Job Description
Facility Maintenance & Operations: o Oversee daily operations of building systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems. o Ensure timely repair and maintenance of infrastructure, utilities, and equipment. o Manage preventive maintenance schedules. Vendor & Contract Management: o Liaise with external vendors and service providers (security, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, etc.). o Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance and compliance. Health, Safety & Compliance: o Enforce health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations. o Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. o Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (fire safety, emergency exits, etc.). Budgeting & Cost Control: o Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of services and supplies. o Track and report expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Space & Asset Management: o Oversee space planning and workspace allocation. o Maintain inventory and records of assets, repairs, and services.
