With 2 million sqft of commissioned space and another 4 million sqft under planning and development, we are seeking experienced professionals in industrial and logistics infrastructure development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in facility management specifically for industrial or logistics parks. Key skills required for this role include expertise in maintenance operations, vendor management, compliance with safety and environmental regulations, energy efficiency, and troubleshooting facility issues.
