Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years Location: Primarily at Adyar, and occasionally to Egmore Office Roles And Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors across floors. Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Schedule and oversee routine and emergency maintenance tasks. Manage facility repair budgets and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols. Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly. Ensure that all facilities meet legal and environmental regulations. Qualification High school diploma or any education qualification. Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. Preferably an immediate or early joiner would be helpful Skills Good communication skills and attention to detail. Must be able to handle physical tasks and lift equipment as needed.
