Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Executive Technical at CBRE GWS located in Hyderabad. The role involves tasks such as equipment maintenance, facility management, maintenance and repair, building maintenance, and troubleshooting on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance skills Troubleshooting skills Experience in facilities or property management Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
