EQUINIX

SOP FOR FACILITY EXECUTIVE

1. Daily Facility Rounds:

· Conduct routine inspections of the entire facility to monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and overall functionality.

· Identify potential issues proactively and ensure timely action or escalation.

2. Complaint Management:

· Address facility-related complaints from staff and occupants efficiently.

· Maintain a complaint log, track resolution timelines, and ensure closure with follow-ups where required.

3. Vendor Coordination:

· Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, pest control, and other support services.

· Schedule and supervise vendor visits, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

· Maintain vendor records, including contracts, performance logs, and service reports.

4. Compliance & Safety:

· Ensure compliance with all internal policies, statutory requirements, and safety norms.

· Support in conducting safety drills and implementing best practices in workplace safety and hygiene.

· Coordinate with relevant teams for EHS audits and required certifications.

5. Asset & Inventory Management:

· Monitor and maintain facility equipment and infrastructure assets.

· Keep inventory records up to date and initiate procurement when required.

· Assist in periodic audits and reporting.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

· Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on facility operations, complaint resolution, and vendor activities.

· Ensure accurate documentation for internal review, audit, and compliance purposes.

7. Assure Cleaning Standards:

· Supervise housekeeping teams and ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained across the premises.

· Conduct quality checks and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

· Review housekeeping schedules and ensure adherence.
