Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be supporting the Technical Manager in the efficient management of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations, and Civil maintenance activities within the facility. Your responsibilities will include preparing a critical spares list for all installations based on manufacturers" recommendations and ensuring proper inventory planning with in-house teams. It will be crucial for you to implement and oversee a pre-emptive maintenance program to minimize the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment. Collaborating with the Technical Manager, you will review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to ensure compliance with quality work practices aligned with manufacturer recommendations. You will be tasked with maintaining logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations, as well as managing downtime and breakdown incidents effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for arranging ad-hoc M&E setups as per client requirements, while ensuring that contractors adhere to house rules and handle projects with minimal inconvenience to the Client. You may need to assume AFM responsibilities as needed and independently manage shifts on all Engineering-related matters. Your reporting duties will involve providing daily reports on M&E activities to the Chief Engineer, generating service maintenance reports on office equipment, as well as compiling inventory and purchasing reports for spares and consumables. Furthermore, you will be responsible for producing downtime and breakdown incident reports to maintain a comprehensive overview of operations and maintenance processes.,
