Job Location: Talwade, Pune, Maharashtra, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3-4 years of relevant experience Job Summary: As a Workshop Supervisor at Shri Vibracion Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the manufacturing workshop operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in reading Layout and Fabrication Drawings (L&B Drawings), project planning, and executing manufacturing projects. If you possess excellent leadership skills and have a proven track record of effectively coordinating with shopfloor teams and third-party vendors, we invite you to apply for this key supervisory role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fabrication Drawing Understanding: a. Interpret and understand Layout and Fabrication Drawings to ensure accurate execution of manufacturing projects b. Collaborate with the engineering team to address any design or production-related issues 2. Project Planning: a. Develop project plans to outline project timelines, milestones and resource requirements b. Ensure alignment with overall production schedules and customer delivery timelines 3. Execution and Oversight: a. Supervise the day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines b. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet objectives 4. Team Leadership: a. Lead and motivate shopfloor teams to achieve production goals b. Provide guidance and support to ensure a safe and efficient working environment 5. Vendor Management: a. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and services b. Manage vendor relationships and negotiations in agreements & contracts as needed 6. Quality Control: a. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality equipment b. Conduct regular inspections and address quality issues promptly Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 2. 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in equipment manufacturing 3.
