Job Description

You will be responsible for managing various tasks related to F&A in Mumbai, particularly focusing on the RELT-RealtyAMN Tower in Powai. Your main duties will include: - Ensuring compliance with RERA regulations by handling quarterly and annual compliances, amendment and extension applications, and provisions for delayed possessions as per RERA. - Managing insurance policies such as CAR policy, completed projects policy, and vehicle insurance with the support of the Corporate team. - Overseeing applicable statutory compliance by different teams across India. - Reviewing ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) by coordinating with departments for evidence gathering, ensuring effective controls, and submission of evidences to audit team for review closure. - Handling SAP customizations and ensuring timely renewal of insurance for IT and other assets. - Generating monthly cost MIS for all projects to be reported to cost management teams. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum qualification of CA and MBA/PGPM, along with 7-11 years of experience.
