Job Description
Responsibilities: o Perform detailed testing of external shifter systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. o Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols. o Prepare detailed validation plan in line with Project requirement and stake holder alignment. o Engage the discussion with Engineering, Quality, after sales, Mfg. Plant within IAP and Global team as well for varies projects (technical, planning, cost and Quality) o Ability to Analyse the Customer complaint and provide technical solution inline with Engineering /process requirement. o Analyse test results and prepare comprehensive reports. o Work closely with design engineers to provide insights and suggestions for design enhancements. o Assist in the development of new external shifter system concepts. o Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to external shifter systems. o Keep abreast of the latest developments and innovations in external shifter system technology. o Skilled in Organise & lead the meeting, PPT & presentation and Populate meeting minutes. o Create PR, RFQ, technical discussion with supplier and purchase, negotiation o Prepare and submit root cause Investigation report for Field issue and alignment o Maintain Data: Test report, SOP acceptance, Supplier Inspection Etc. o Skill Set: o Team Management and Stake holder management o Min 12 years Experience in Automotive Industry and Drivetrain products o Good in Soft skill: Presentation, Meeting, Emails & Interaction with Global team o Hands on Experience in External Shifter system interms of product knowledge, Assembly, testing, RCA, Integration on vehicle. o Good driving Skill, Instrumentation on vehicle and test execution with Data Acquition and Data Interpretation and Reporting with Conclusion o Multitasking in High work pressure Environment, team player and Work on priority o Strong in testing on bench & vehicle level, measurement and Analysis o Knowledge in material and process, test benches, vehicle and all kind of Sensors,
