Associate Vice President - Extended Warranty Claims
Role Summary
Closing Ratio
- Maintain claim closured and GC 100%
- 80%of the claims to Closed within 15 days
- Monthly review of open Claims inactive claims
- Monitoring pending on a monthly basis should be less than 2% of claims advised
Maintaining outstanding claims inventory of Team.
- One month inventory
- Generate five business leads
