Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments. Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. Team Coordination & Leadership Supervise and support team members to meet operational goals. Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Train team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose effective solutions. Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Inventory & Resource Management Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control. Oversee procurement activities and maintain vendor relationships. Reporting & Documentation Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and project status. Maintain accurate records of business activities, transactions, and process updates. Customer & Client Support Act as a point of contact for client queries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction by improving service delivery processes.
