As an Export Marketing Coordinator at our Chemical manufacturing company based in Dombivli, MIDC Phase ll, your role will involve handling various responsibilities related to sales, marketing, and export operations. To excel in this position, you should possess a graduate degree along with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the Chemical Industry. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in email writing are essential requirements for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day emails and responding promptly as per requirements. - Coordinating with various departments such as Operations, Logistics, QA, R&D, and Production to prepare sales orders and sample requests. - Providing vessel schedules, shipping updates, and necessary documents to customers while ensuring timely follow-ups with internal departments. - Generating Export Overdue statements and forwarding them to the Export Marketing Department. - Supporting the marketing team by managing schedules, organizing important documents, and communicating relevant information effectively. - Addressing customer complaints and collaborating with relevant departments to provide solutions, along with offering after-sales support when needed. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of Sales Order Processing, Sales Operations, Sales follow-up, Marketing Research, International Marketing, Chemical Manufacturing Industry, Export Operations, After-Sales Operations, and knowledge of Inco terms. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with various teams will be key to your success in this dynamic role.
