Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Export Logistics Manager to lead and manage our international shipping and export operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to global destinations, while ensuring full compliance with export regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end export logistics process, including documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and delivery Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and overseas clients Ensure timely booking and dispatch of export consignments as per customer and legal requirements Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificates of origin, and other required documents Monitor shipment status and handle exceptions or delays proactively Ensure compliance with international trade laws, incoterms, and customs regulations Maintain accurate export records and documentation for audit purposes Collaborate with internal departments (production, sales, finance) to align export schedules and priorities Track and optimize freight costs and negotiate competitive rates with logistics partners Supervise and guide export logistics staff and ensure adherence to company policies and deadlines Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
