Job Description

You will be responsible for handling pre and post documentation tasks related to exports. This includes preparing export invoices, packing lists, tracking shipments, and managing letters of credit. You will be required to coordinate with overseas buyers, Custom House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure smooth shipment processes and also assist in the preparation of Bank Realization Certificates (BRC). A good understanding of Customs regulations, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations will be necessary to perform these duties effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, and weekend availability may be required based on operational needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in export documentation. The work location for this role is on-site.,
