Area, Faridabad Skills: Good Communication Skills With Export Knowledge Experience Requirement: He Must Have Min 9-10 Year of Export Knowledge of Dispatch Export Shipment Role & Responsibilities Planning of Dispatch Export Shipment Coordination with Custom House Agent (CHA) | Shipping Line Follow-up with CHS and Freight Forwarding Order Processing: Process customer orders, including verifying order details, checking inventory availability, and scheduling shipments. Shipment Planning: Plan and schedule shipments, including selecting transportation modes, carriers, and routes. Load Planning and Optimization: Plan and optimize loads to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact. Carrier Management: Manage relationships with transportation carriers, including negotiating rates, tracking shipments, and resolving issues. Delivery Scheduling: Schedule deliveries with customers, including coordinating with transportation carriers and managing delivery exceptions. Tracking and Tracing: Track and trace shipments, including monitoring shipment status, updating customers, and resolving delivery issues. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and shipment reports.,
