The role involves close coordination with internal teams, shipping agents, and buyers to ensure timely execution of export shipments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Management Received and process export orders from international buyers. Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability and adherence to quality standards. Maintain an order tracking system to monitor progress and dispatch schedules. 2. Quality Control & Packaging Ensure that coco peat products (briquettes, blocks, grow bags, etc.) meet the required export quality standards. Supervise packaging and labeling as per buyer requirements and international norms. Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to resolve any discrepancies before dispatch. 3 . Logistics & Shipment Coordination Monitor shipments and track containers to ensure timely delivery. 4 . Risk Management & Problem-Solving Work closely with internal teams to resolve export-related bottlenecks effectively. 5. Proficiency in ERP & MS Office Familiarity with export management software and spreadsheets for tracking shipments. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in export coordination, preferably in the coco peat or agricultural export industry. Familiarity with INCOTERMS, international shipping regulations, and customs clearance procedures.
