Job Description
You will be responsible for handling Export Documentation which includes understanding international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping requirements. Your tasks will involve preparing and managing export-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures in both the exporting and importing countries. You will also coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other logistics providers to guarantee smooth and efficient export shipments. Additionally, maintaining accurate and organized records of export transactions will be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential, along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in relevant software and systems is required, as well as knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, coupled with problem-solving skills and the capability to handle challenges, will be beneficial.
