As an Experienced Executive or Colleague Host in our Integrated Facilities Management team, you will report to the Assistant Workplace Manager and play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming office environment at our Pune office. With a background in Hospitality and a focus on managing relationships with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events. Your duties and responsibilities will include greeting clients and visitors, maintaining office decorum in designated areas, managing visitor management systems, handling phone calls and messages, maintaining stock/inventory documents, recording meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and assisting with SEZs entry processes. Additionally, you will be involved in tasks such as events coordination, ensuring service quality, reporting unsafe conditions, and implementing customer suggestions for improvements. Your performance objectives will revolve around providing superior client service, initiating process improvements, and focusing on personal and professional development. Key skills required for this role include excellent communication, teamwork, computer proficiency, experience in FM/software/hotel industry, and strong customer service abilities. To excel in this position, you should hold a degree in hotel management/BA/BBA/B.Sc. and have 1-4 years of experience in the FM industry within IT, banking, or corporate settings.
