Job Description

As an experienced and strategic Experience Communications Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping, executing, and evolving the strategy for customer-facing communications within our digital B2B ecosystem. This position, situated within the Experience Strategy & Design team, focuses on leading the Experience Communications pillar, which encompasses various types of communications essential to the customer journey such as transactional, lifecycle, platform-triggered, and system-based communications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with CX, UX, content strategy, web editing, and product teams to ensure that customer communications are deliberate, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. You will act as both a strategist and an operator, guiding the planning and execution of communication experiences that enhance trust, drive action, and add value at every touchpoint. Your key responsibilities will include defining and owning the end-to-end Experience Communications strategy, developing a scalable framework for communication based on journeys and lifecycle moments, establishing governance standards for content and performance, collaborating across functions to ensure accurate and timely communications, leading and mentoring team members, managing communication requests, overseeing email and communication tooling, and monitoring performance KPIs to drive improvements. To excel in this role, you should possess 6-8 years of experience in digital communications, email strategy, or customer experience roles, a track record of success in managing communication strategies at scale, familiarity with CRM/EPR platforms, experience in cross-functional or Agile environments, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to leverage data for decision-making. You should be a strategic thinker, customer-focused, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
