We need an Office cum Experience Centre Executive is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of an office. Main Job of the candidate will be handling the client interaction in Experience center about company products, Sales Follow up Call and managing day to day operations of the office as written below: Customer and Client Interaction: Handle the Client and Giving Demo of products available in experience center Only, No client site Visit. - Addressing customer inquiries over office phone call. - Initial and Follow up Client calls for sales conversion. - Administrative Duties and Communication: - Managing day-to-day office operations. - Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. - Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars. - Communicating company policies and updates to staff.
