This role involves working closely with core team/founders to understand their products, analyze their business models, and develop scalable expansion plans through franchise strategies. Key Responsibilities: Connect with founders to understand their vision, product offerings, and business goals. Analyze business models and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with founders to design and structure franchise models. Conduct market research to provide actionable recommendations for scaling operations. Create pitch decks and frameworks to support franchise rollout strategies. Provide strategic insights to improve business scalability. Who You Are: Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Analytical thinker with a passion for solving business challenges. Entrepreneurial mindset, excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment. Self-motivated and proactive, with a knack for taking initiative. Team player, ready to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Strong research and analytical skills. Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3-6 months. Passion for startups and business growth strategies.
