As a School Expansion Head- BrownField at a leading EdTech Organization in India, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end expansion of schools through the brownfield model. Your role will involve identifying and evaluating new school partnership opportunities, driving P&L understanding and performance for each new school project, and negotiating with school owners and stakeholders to secure favorable agreements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and monitoring project milestones to resolve operational roadblocks will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this Entrepreneurship level Position based in NEW DELHI, you should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in school expansion, preferably within the K-12 ecosystem. Demonstrated success in setting up multiple schools or education units will be essential to thrive in this role.
