Provide outstanding customer service as per the client expectation on the given KPIs. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers. Understand the companys processes thoroughly & effectively qualify related tests and assessments. Document all customer data / calls in relevant database or CRM with regards to customer inquiries accurately. Ensure Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for the process are met as per the business requirement.
