The Transition Planning role at TresVista involves developing and implementing detailed transition plans, coordinating with stakeholders for plan alignment, and regularly reviewing transition opportunities in partnership with Sales, Clients, and internal business lines. The responsibilities also include process scoping, mapping, resource management, stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer, performance monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in transition management and should have led transitions from a wide base of clients geographically. Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and organization skills are required. A good understanding of Finance and Accounting, business processes within financial services, and IT systems in relation to outsourced functions is essential. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, PMP, ACCA are considered a plus.
