Job Description: Install, configure, maintain & troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, load balancer, wireless AP, etc. Network Monitoring & ticketing tool Troubleshoot & problems solving Analyse network traffic to identify potential threats & vulnerabilities. Technical support to application support SOP documentation & preparation Configure & install new equipment in an organizations network infrastructure. Maintain existing network services & network security policies. Implement & enforce acceptable user policies Monitor & control user access to network resources Ensure compliance with organizational standards & regulations Evaluate network designs & provide recommendations for improvement Develop & implement a comprehensive disaster recovery plan Skills Required: CCNA TCP/IP, OSI Layer & IP subletting.
