Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. You should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Additionally, you should be able to draft documents and help the executive with necessary meeting preparations. Responsibilities - Calendar management for the Director - Operations/India Head - Aid executive in preparing for meetings - Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives - Draft slides, ppts, meeting notes, and documents for executives Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics - Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - 2-7 years of experience as Executive Secretary to MD/CEO/Director Location: Powai, Mumbai Note: Candidates from Hospitality, Airlines (Cabin Crew) who wish to enter the Oil & Gas Industry and this role would be given preference.
