Job Description

As a Sales Territory Executive at our company, your role will involve consolidating, finalizing, and monitoring the Sales Plan and Actuals for the assigned Territory on a Monthly and Annual basis. You will be responsible for generating daily orders by proactively following up with customers and channel partners. Monitoring the actual customer off-take versus the plan, taking corrective measures in case of deviations, and ensuring regular communication with customers and channel partners regarding production schedules, material availability, and pricing changes are crucial aspects of your job. You will also be required to provide feedback to customers on dispatches, order status, and stock transfer movements to regional depots. Developing a movement plan by grade/site to depots, monitoring physical stock, stock in transit, and STOs to prevent stock outs, as well as overseeing the aging and disposal of stocks will be part of your responsibilities. Customer coverage planning, physical visits, tracking exceptions, updating customer profiles, collecting samples, onboarding new customers, handling complaints, preparing annual expense budgets, liaising with local associations and authorities, providing leads to other group businesses, and contributing to NSR improvements and pricing strategies are all integral to your role. Additionally, you will assist in organizing CRMs, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, etc., provide inputs to the HO BD Team, track capacity additions and investments by customers, and maintain regular interactions with trade channels and customers to stay updated on market prices, trends, and international offers. Your skills and competencies should include a strong understanding of Product Knowledge, End-use Sectors, Product Technologies, Customer Knowledge, Competing Product Economics, Domestic Logistics/Taxation, Downstream Processing, Warehouse Management, Relationship Management, Planning & Organizing, Effective Execution, and IT & Software usage. You should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Chemical/Polymer/Textile/Mechanical engineering and have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
