Role Title: Executive Quality Assurance After sales Reporting Manager: Senior Manager Location: Pune Purpose Of The Role Implementation of Quality Framework and Automation projects through VBA macros. Proficient in SAP FI, SAP SD domain and Excel etc. Job Responsibilities Quality Control : Sales & Despatch process(Domestic)a)Drive and implement Quality Monitoring Function in the process to improve QC coverage b)Scrutinizing the Claims and invoices settled, Interest paid and recovered from Channel Partners, Vehicle & Spare Part Despatch processes c)Highlighting the major errors and track closure along with RCA CAPA d)Analysis/Verification of Data to identify system/process glitches Quality Assurance & Improvementa)Driving SOP & PPF Audit as per Departments Plan b)Conducting Process Knowledge Tests c)Coordinate with various stakeholders within and outside organization for resolving queries d)Conduct Quality trainings for Service Delivery Associates e)Create awareness about Quality among Service Delivery f)Suggest & support Service Delivery in implementing process improvements Automation : Audit Activities.a)Conducting the audits on warranty, FSB process and claim settlement issues. b)Taking up with concerned Channel Partners for discrepancy / process non adherence. c)Taking up with SHQ & IT system teams for plugging gaps/ BRD for redesign & system locks. d)Service process audits to ensure Policy & process adherence. Stakeholder Profiles & Nature Of Interactions Internal Operations Team & Senior Management External With respective stakeholders in BUs Desired Candidate Profile 4-5 years in field of Finance, Data Analysis and VBA coding. Skills & Competencies VBA and SAP scripting. Knowledge of SAP FI, SAP SD and CRMDMS systems,
