Job Description
Originate deals from the markets by making daily calls to potential clients, focusing on meeting fixed income requirements through opportunities in the primary and secondary bond market. Process proposals received from bankers and financial institutions with precision. Place processed deals with bankers and financial institutions by engaging in daily calls and expanding the investor base. Gain a basic understanding of the structure, terms, and risks associated with fixed income instruments offered by different issuers. Share this knowledge effectively with channel partners and clients. Conduct meetings with clients to analyze their debt portfolios, fixed income investment needs, and risk tolerance levels. Provide profiling, advice, and develop model debt portfolios tailored to individual client requirements. Guide and mentor team members to enhance their understanding of the fixed income market and various products within the fixed income space. Assist them in resolving queries effectively. Desired Candidate Profile: - Possess knowledge of Balance sheets, Profit & Loss statements, Cashflows, etc. - Have a basic understanding of Mutual Funds. - Familiarity with NCDs, CP, Bonds, Fixed Income Market, and Money Market instruments. - Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and other relevant tools. - Ability to navigate multiple websites simultaneously. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.,
