As a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will conduct regular inspections and audits to proactively identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace. In the event of incidents, you will lead investigations and root cause analysis, developing corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate future risks. Another key aspect of your role will involve providing HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors, fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into operational activities effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting HSE reports to regulatory authorities and senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. To excel in this position, you should possess 3-7 years of proven experience in HSE management, demonstrating a strong track record in implementing successful HSE initiatives.
