Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing long-term strategies to achieve the organization's mission and vision.

Operational Oversight:
Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective program delivery, and maintaining operational policies.
Team Leadership:

Stakeholder Relations:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, donors, partners, and the community.
Public Relations:
