As an Executive Consultant based in Kolkata, you should possess at least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, showcasing a track record of successful lead generation and closure. Your proficiency in CRM tools will be crucial to effectively track clients, manage the sales pipeline, and monitor sales activities. Your role will involve conducting outbound calls and direct email outreach to acquire new prospects. You should be adept at preparing sales proposals and conducting product or service demonstrations. Building strong business relationships and effectively selling concepts to various stakeholders will be key responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed lead data, managing the sales funnel, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency in written English are essential. You should be willing to travel up to 20% nationwide as part of the job requirements. Your main responsibilities will include driving new business by researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads. It will be important to maintain and update the lead database with accurate CRM tracking and notes. You will be expected to conduct outreach through calls and emails to pitch offerings and generate client interest. Furthermore, delivering persuasive product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs, participating in crafting proposals, and supporting sales presentations for key accounts will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with internal teams to align on client needs and solutions is crucial. Regular follow-ups, managing client communications, and working predominantly from the office are integral parts of this role.,
