Job Description
As a Marketing/PR Administrator with 1-1.5 years of experience, your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients as an agency representative. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, anticipating their requirements, and coordinating with internal and external resources to streamline workflow. In this position, you will play a key role in managing communications between clients, SPOCs, and internal teams, ensuring that organizational goals are achieved while following best practices. Your responsibilities will include solving client problems by exceeding their expectations, showcasing the value of products and services to drive growth opportunities, and analyzing data to identify trends. You will actively participate in brainstorming sessions, staff meetings, and client interactions, contributing to program development for both existing clients and new prospects. Additionally, prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking will be part of your routine to expand client base. To excel in this role, you must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively convey client briefs to the team. Proficiency in Punjabi language is required, along with a willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and prospects. Maintaining a comprehensive database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors will also be essential to your success in this position. Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing/PR/communications and have experience in content writing in Telegu for social media captions and blog posts. Proficiency in both Telegu and English, as well as an MBA, would be advantageous for this role.
