Job Description
EXECUTIVE - CHE & PMG
- Prepare, review, and submit competitive techno-commercial offers and proposals for CHE & PMG projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study PR/RFQ documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and client requirements to develop a clear understanding of project scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, etc.) to gather necessary inputs for offer preparation.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client interactions to clarify project requirements and propose solutions.
- Support contract finalization and send details to the execution team upon receipt of purchase order.
- Project planning and oversee execution, and delivery of key projects. Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Manage changes to the project scope & schedule.
- Report and escalate issues and risks to management, as needed.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for future improvement.
