As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls. You will address inquiries and follow-ups in a professional and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying customer issues and providing effective solutions. It is crucial to maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products or services to assist customers accurately. In addition to customer interactions, you will be required to document details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our system for future reference and analysis. Depending on the role, you may also be involved in sales support activities such as promoting and selling products or services to meet sales targets and objectives. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, health insurance, and provident fund.
