Job Description
Duties and responsibilities Manage the Directors schedule, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the Director, providing timely responses or forwarding to the appropriate party. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats. Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events attended or hosted by the Director. Conduct research, gather data, and compile information as needed to support the Director in decision-making and project management. Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, clients, vendors, and partners. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director.
