Job Description
Streamline Operations: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize daily workflows. Calendar Mastery: Manage and organize the Managing Partners calendar with precision, ensuring optimal time utilization and minimal conflicts. Communication Handling: Manage emails, calls, and other communications, prioritizing and responding as necessary. Administrative Support: Handle documentation, prepare reports, and assist in various administrative projects as assigned. Project Coordination: Take ownership of specific projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the Managing Partners vision. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and other engagements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Personal Staff Oversight: Coordinate and manage support staff (e.g. drivers), ensuring discipline, punctuality, and alignment with daily needs. Team Coordination and Development: Assist in managing co-teams that directly work with the Managing Partner. Should be able to assist in initiating new teams, identify early gaps, support initial hand-holding if directed, and follow up consistently on assignments.
