Job Description
Purpose of the Position: - To assist and help Managing Director to manage and prioritize his time & activities. Candidates residing in Gurgaon will be given preference Job responsibilities To manage and maintain the MDs diary and email account. To highlight & prioritize urgent correspondence & emails. To schedule meetings on behalf of the MD and communicate meeting time and agenda to all attendees in advance. To coordinate for travel and accommodation requirements for the MDs guest as per directions and company guidelines. To ensure that MD is fully briefed on any engagement he is involved in. To do drafting of general replies as per direction & do correspondence on behalf of the MD as per directions. To prepare minutes of meetings of all meetings as per directions. To ensure that guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of as per company policies. To perform day today work in line with MDs work habits and preferences. Any other task assigned by the reporting manager Greet, communicate with and welcome guests Managing office events & parties Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination Monitor office supplies & make supply orders when needed Monitor and update records and files The responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time.,
